Detail Information
Product Description
Coiled tubing is the solution for long length applications. One single length of coil can be supplied as small as a loose 50 foot coil, or as a large coil stretching thousands of feet reeled onto a wood or metal reel. EHMAT stocks a wide range of coils in seamless or welded condition, and these coils can be orbital welded together to provide even longer lengths. Some advantages of coil tubing include:
Long lengths reduce the number of fittings required, which reduces cost and potential leak paths
Coil tubing is more compact for storage and shipping, which reduces costs.
Coils can be cut to the exact length needed, so scrap is reduced.
Coiled tubing is most commonly supplied in 316/316L, but it is also available in a wide range of alloys, including: 304/304L, 317/317L, 904L, 6MO/254, 400, 600, 625, 825, and C276.
EHMAT has been supplying capillary tube to the oil and gas industry for more than a decade. We mainly supply materials of stainless steel, duplex steel and nickel alloy. Diameters from 4mm to 25mm and our length can be up to 32808.4ft (10000m). Our capillary tube has been successfully used in kinds of heat exchanger, certain harsh subsea and downhole conditions, and through continuous research and development, is able to meet the stringent quality requirements of the oil industry.
We can also supply Multi-core Tubing and Hydraulic Instrument Tubing as well.
